How can I file a damage claim?

Has a damage occured? In this case, please enter the personal information of the insured person/company (name/first name/company/residential address/phone number/email address) and of the injured person/company (name/first name/company/residential address/phone number/email address) in the form. In addition, describe the origin of the damage, enter the date/time as well as the location of the incident.

If the claim is related to a task received through the KnowS platform and covered by liability insurance, we will forward the form to Zurich Insurance. A Zurich employee will then contact you.
